Cowes Week

Probably the biggest regatta in the world, Cowes week has been attracting sailors from all over the world for donkeys years. The atmosphere is second to none as top level formula 1 racers charge around the Solent amongst the humblest of weekend racers, but we dont mind that, we all started somewhere! Actually truth be known, we don't very often have to delay our departure plans at the end of the week in order to attend the prize giving on the last Saturday, but we definitely have the most fun!

Whilst we love to get involved in the racing, and generally finish mid-fleet in our class, our main focus is to have the best time. We sail in the day and then join the 8,000 other sailors in the evenings for a brilliant night out. There is always live music, and a great party atmosphere. Like the Round Island Race, this is an experience not to me missed - if your liver can take it.
You can take a whole boat and bring along some friends or clients, or you can apply to join one of the random bunches of funsters who get together for the craicq ( that is the right way to spell it, cos I had an Northern Irish girlfriend once, and she told me )
| Racing Prices | Guide Price |
